Get Involved

We believe that every person who is part of the Ignite City Church community has a place to plug in and get involved to be a blessing to each other.

Areas of need

Come at 8:30am and help with setting up chairs, banners, signs, and anything else needed for our Sunday morning worship gatherings. Right after the service all of those items need to be taken down and stored away for the next week. We need people serving before and after, let us know when you are available.

We strive to put forth a high quality, engaging, and most importantly, Christ-centered worship experience, both in person and online. None of that is possible without the dedicated volunteers on the Ignite City tech team. We’re always looking for more volunteers to help with stage setup and tear down, and those who are interested in getting involved with running sound, lights, and multimedia. No experience necessary, just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as a team!

Ignite City Nursery + Early Childhood serves the littlest members of our community ages 0-5 years. You can come and join the cheerful chaos by aiding in Worship, Story Time, Craft, Snacks and Laughs! We aim to implement those very important building blocks of Jesus on a slightly smaller scale. Please come and be ready to serve at 9:40 am.

Come join the fun in Ignite City Kids! We love volunteers who enjoy connecting and sharing the love of Jesus with kids, ages 1st through 5th grade. Help with activities, games, small groups and prayer, classroom prep and clean up. This is a wonderful opportunity to encourage and support the next generation of our church community!

Our Youth team is looking for those who have a heart for 6th-12th graders and are willing to join us Sunday nights from 5:15-7:45pm to help out with our youth group. Come ready to play games, get to know our youth, and engage in small group discussions that ultimately encourage our youth to know and abide in Jesus. We also have various events, games, extra-curricular activities, etc. that we try to attend with and for the youth, so if you have a somewhat flexible schedule that’s even better!

Do you have a heart and talent for leading others into praise and worship? If so, then we want to talk to you about it. Please fill out the form below.

All are welcome at Ignite City and we enjoy making everyone feel that way! Arrive at 9:40 and help us as we welcome everyone to our worship gathering. We have greeters that welcome at the front doors, and at the parking lot gate. We also have greeters that roam and chat with the community as they arrive. This is a great opportunity to get to know people in our church community and to make visitors feel welcome.

The heartbeat of Ignite City Church is our smaller gatherings called Home Churches. If you are able to open your home and host a home church as we continue to expand home churches throughout the area, please fill out the form below.

We believe that discipleship groups are for everyone, first joining one and then leading one. This is a one to two year discipleship journey with a small group of people as you learn how to lead a discipleship group and pour into others while growing as a disciple of Jesus with others.

If prayer is your passion, please join us in MOD 3 every Sunday morning from 9:15-9:45 am before worship begins for “The Lost & The Bride” prayer time. During the week, there are also personal prayer requests from our faith community listed on the Ignite City Church Slack Prayer Channel needing our prayers.

If you have a heart to connect with people through social media, please fill out the form below and someone will connect with you with more information.

The parking team members are the first faces the congregation sees. Because of that, we are looking for people who can welcome people and help those who join us for one of our Sunday morning worship gatherings to find a parking place.
