I came across this spoken word video by Propaganda titled “Demonstration of the Gospel.” It’s a challenge for us who call ourselves followers of Jesus to live out the Gospel, believing that the telling of it to people still works in bringing people to a restored relationship with God through the finished work of Jesus on the cross and his resurrection from the dead. But it’s also a challenge to us to live out the Gospel by how we work because the gospel moves us to work. Are we saved by works? Absolutely not. But according to Ephesians 2.8-10, we are saved so that we might “work” the gospel in everyday life with everyday people. What does this mean? Take a look at the video.
